1. Processing time
Orders received before 12:00 CET on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding French public holidays) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12:00 CET or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking link when your order leaves our warehouse in Aubervilliers.

Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by customs, carrier strikes, or extreme weather. The Seller will keep the Customer informed of any significant delay and, if delivery cannot be made within 30 days of dispatch, the Customer may request a full refund (Code de la consommation Art. L216-1).
3. Restricted air shipping — paint-adjacent items
Some components of our Wall Paint Pro Kit and Wallpaper Removal Kit are classified as limited-quantity dangerous goods for air transport (water-based residues; small steam-unit components). For non-EU customers, these kits ship ground only, which uses the longer end of the delivery window above. The Seller indicates ground-only shipping on the affected product pages before purchase.
4. Customs duties and import taxes
EU and UK Customers: no additional duties on delivery. US, Canada, Australia and rest-of-world Customers: import duties, sales tax / GST, and brokerage may apply at delivery, set by your country’s customs authority. The Seller is not responsible for these charges, which are paid by the Customer to the carrier or customs on receipt.
5. Multi-parcel orders
Some orders are split across multiple parcels for efficient shipping. Each parcel has its own tracking link, and the order is considered delivered once all parcels arrive.
6. Shipping address accuracy
The Customer is responsible for the address provided. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, the Seller will re-ship to a corrected address at the Customer’s expense, or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
7. Tracking
Tracking is available via the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Order page. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
8. Lost shipments and claims
If your order does not arrive within 5 business days after the upper bound of the estimated delivery window, email support@batizz.com. We will open a carrier investigation and either re-ship or refund within 14 days.
9. Restricted countries
We do not currently ship to: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other jurisdiction subject to EU or UN sanctions. The list is updated as sanctions change.
