1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of batizz.com (the “Site”), our customer accounts, and any communications you send to or through us. It exists to keep the Site safe, accurate and useful for every customer.
2. You agree NOT to
- Use the Site or any account for fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, friendly fraud, or to launder funds.
- Resell our products at scale without a written distribution agreement with BATI Z (small personal resale is permitted).
- Scrape, copy, mirror or republish our product photography, copy, DIY guides or brand marks without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or part of the Site that is not intended for public use.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system on the Site, except as part of a coordinated disclosure to support@batizz.com.
- Post content (reviews, comments, contact-form messages) that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, or that infringes the rights of others (including IP rights).
- Submit fake reviews, fake testimonials, or otherwise mislead other shoppers.
- Use automated tools, bots, or AI agents to place orders or to mass-fill our contact forms.
- Misuse our products in a way that endangers life, property, or the environment (in particular: respect the safety guidance in our Chemical Safety page).
- Circumvent geographic, regulatory, or age restrictions that we may apply to any product.
3. Content you submit (reviews, photos, messages)
By submitting content to the Site you grant BATI Z a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for marketing, customer service and product improvement. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it, and that the content does not violate any third-party right. We may moderate, edit for length, or remove content at our discretion. You can request removal of your own content at any time via support@batizz.com.
4. Suspension / termination
If we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached this policy, we may:
- Refuse to process pending orders and refund any amount captured.
- Close your customer account.
- Block your IP address(es) from accessing the Site.
- Report the activity to the relevant authorities (notably for fraud, money laundering, or threats of violence).
We do not penalise honest mistakes — if you believe a suspension is in error, email support@batizz.com and we will review within 5 business days.
5. Reporting abuse
To report content or behaviour on the Site that you believe violates this policy, email support@batizz.com. We respond within 2 business days.
6. Coordinated security disclosure
We welcome responsible security research. To report a vulnerability please email support@batizz.com with a detailed description. Please give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure. We do not currently offer monetary rewards, but we do credit researchers publicly with their consent.
