Do the kits include paint?

No. We supply the tools, tape, drop cloth and protective gear. You choose the paint locally — we recommend water-based, low-VOC interior paint. Our beginner guide has paint brand recommendations by region.

How long does shipping take?

EU: 2–5 business days. UK/US/CA/AU: 7–14 business days. Free shipping on orders over €150. Full details on our shipping policy page.

Can I return an opened kit?

Unopened kits: 14-day no-questions return. Opened kits containing paint-adjacent chemicals (like Wallpaper Removal Kit) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Tools and decor items in opened kits can be returned if unused. Full terms on our refund policy page.

Are the wallpapers really removable?

The peel-and-stick wallpapers we use are rated for clean removal on most painted surfaces — but “most” is not “all”. Older paint, freshly painted walls (under 30 days), or textured surfaces may not release cleanly. We strongly recommend a small-patch test. See our renter disclaimer.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all of the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia. For other countries, contact us — we can usually arrange shipping at quoted rates.

Are the tools branded?

Most items are unbranded or carry a small Batizz mark. We make no claims about being “professional grade” — we sell tools an actual interior decorator would happily use, which is a higher bar than most retail kits clear.

What about VAT / sales tax?

EU customers: prices include VAT at the rate of your country. UK customers: prices include UK VAT. US customers: sales tax added at checkout where applicable. Other countries: prices are tax-exclusive; import duties may apply at delivery.
