2. Authorities

Notices from EU Member State authorities under DSA Article 9 (orders to act against illegal content) and Article 10 (orders to provide information) should be addressed to the email above. We will acknowledge receipt without undue delay and will respond in line with the legal deadlines applicable to the specific order.

3. Content moderation on this site

We allow only the following user-generated content on batizz.com:

  • Product reviews (require a verified purchase).
  • Messages submitted through our contact form.
  • Email correspondence with our customer service.

We do not host an open social feed, public comments outside reviews, or third-party seller listings. The Site is operated solely by BATI Z and all products are sold by BATI Z.

4. Restrictions we apply

We may remove or edit user-submitted content (reviews, contact messages) for the following reasons:

  • Illegal under French or EU law.
  • Hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise contrary to our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Spam, advertising of competing services, or off-topic content.
  • Defamatory, untruthful, or designed to mislead other shoppers.

Where we restrict your content, we will (where appropriate and where contact details are available) provide you with a Statement of Reasons setting out the legal basis or contractual ground for the restriction, and information on how to appeal.

5. Internal complaint-handling system

If we have restricted your content or your account and you believe the decision is incorrect, you may appeal by emailing dsa@batizz.com within 6 months. We will review your appeal within 14 days. Appeals are decided by a human reviewer who was not involved in the original decision.

6. Out-of-court dispute settlement

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of our internal appeal, you may use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body in your EU country of residence (Article 21 DSA). For French residents, see CNPM Médiation Consommation.

7. Trusted flaggers

Notices submitted by trusted flaggers designated by the EU Member State Digital Services Coordinators will be processed with priority. To be recognised as a trusted flagger, please attach proof of designation.

8. Transparency

BATI Z is a micro-enterprise. We do not currently meet the threshold for publishing an annual DSA transparency report (Article 15). We will publish one if our average monthly EU recipients exceeds the applicable threshold.

9. Illegal content notice

To notify us of content on batizz.com that you consider illegal under EU or Member State law (DSA Article 16), please email dsa@batizz.com with:

  • A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content illegal.
  • The exact URL of the content.
  • Your name and contact details (anonymous notices accepted only for content allegedly violating crimes against minors or terrorism).
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and complete, to the best of your knowledge.

We will confirm receipt without undue delay and respond with our decision, including the legal grounds, within 14 days.
